Can I cancel and get a refund?

To cancel or change any active shipment, please contact our team at hello@arta.io as soon as possible. 

Please note that you may incur a charge for a late cancellation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

ARTA Premium

Cancellation within 7 days of collection will result in a charge of 50% of the original quote amount for domestic shipments. International shipments will be charged the collection fee only.

ARTA Select

Cancellation within 72 hours of collection will result in a charge of $150.

ARTA Parcel

Cancellation within 72 hours of collection will result in a charge of $50.

 

ARTA cannot refund any services already rendered. Refunds will be processed 7 days after a client has requested a refund.
