There are 5 statuses throughout the lifecycle of a shipment: Pending, Confirmed, Collection, In Transit, and Completed.
A majority of shipments will flow through these 5 states. There are, however, exception cases where ARTA needs to communicate a specific reason why the shipment is interrupted or put on hold.
Exceptions are displayed in ARTA’s dashboard as well as on the public-facing tracking URL.
Some Exceptions require action:
Held at Customs. This shipment is being held by Customs until the importer of record can be reached. Contact ARTA for more information.
Incorrect Address. There is a problem with the collection or delivery address details provided. ARTA is working to get an updated address. Contact us for more information.
Prepayment Required. Go to checkout to complete payment.
Direct Payment Required. Go to checkout to complete payment.
Customs Information Required. Fill out the Export Information Form or upload a Commercial Invoice and Customs Power of Attorney for this Shipment.
Others require time for ARTA to investigate or reschedule:
Change of Address Request. A change of address was requested which may impact delivery timelines. Contact ARTA for more information.
Wrong Item. ARTA is investigating a report that the wrong items were shipped and will follow-up with possible resolutions. Contact us for more information.
Not Ready for Release. This shipment was not ready for release at collection. ARTA is working to reschedule collection get collection rescheduled. Contact us for more information.
Not Ready for Delivery. This shipment was not ready for delivery at its destination. ARTA is working to get delivery rescheduled. Contact us for more information.
Damaged Items. ARTA is investigating a report of damage to the items in the shipment and will follow-up with possible resolutions. Contact us for more information.
Lost in Transit. This shipment has been reported lost in transit and ARTA is working to locate the object(s).
