Some buildings may require a COI in order to collect or deliver. Building COIs are an optional service on the ARTA request form and should be requested prior to receiving any quotes. If a COI is required by a building, please put us in touch with the building’s management. They’ll be able to provide the building’s insurance requirements and we can work with our shipping partner to get the COI completed.
If we are informed that your building requires a COI after booking, our Shipping Partners may not be able to deliver or administrative rush fees may apply.
