Summary:
If you purchased ARTA Transit Insurance, you can file a claim within 7 days of delivery. Please send an email to claims@shiparta.com, and an ARTA team member will be in touch within one business day regarding next steps. All insurance claims are handled by ARTA, not the agents who delivered the item.
Please include the following information in your email:
- ARTA Shipment Number
- Photographs of the packaging as delivered (if possible)
- Photographs of every condition
- A written account of the incident
- A commercial or proforma invoice
