Your account will be set up with our default payment terms, “Pre-Payment Required.” This means that payment is required before a shipment can be booked. If you would like to request invoicing terms, please email hello@arta.io. For clients that are approved for post-booking invoice terms, we recommend subscribing your accounting department to the Shipment Invoice email.
