The Arta platform provides instant, accurate quotes for a variety of services to ensure your shipment is appropriately moved; safely, efficiently, and economically.

We have three transportation options:

Parcel: Pieces will be custom-packed and shipped with common carriers like UPS, FedEx and DHL.

Select: Objects are blanket wrapped or palletized and delivered via truck.

Premium: Specialized climate-controlled, dual-driver shuttles with trained handlers.

Arta will explicitly list the handling services and transportation type and speed on our sites. If booking through another company, contact them to learn what services are included if not stated at checkout.

In addition to the physical packaging and transportation, Arta facilitates customs clearance and insurance. Arta is authorized to use data directly provided by the seller to export the items, which is the same information used to calculate import duties and taxes.

Arta’s Shipping Protection covers your shipment from the seller to your door. Keep an eye out for Action Required emails regarding your shipment, as you may be given instructions related to customs or insurance.
