Creating an account with Arta gives you access to manage a valuables insurance policy to ensure your collection is protected after delivery.

Do I need an account?

Typically, no.

An Arta account is not required to book or track a shipment, including access to Arta’s transit insurance.

Arta offers valuables insurance for your recent purchase and entire collection. You can see pricing and create a policy without an account here. Create an account to manage your valuables policy, request an endorsement for additional items, or file a claim.

Managing my account

From your Collectors account you can manage basic settings about your account. You can update your name, invite additional users and update your payment method(s). Click Settings on the left navigation to update your information.

You can also see your policies, update them and file a claim from the Policies tab.
