Arta shipments progress through 5 states. Arta’s tracking page automatically updates with the current status of each shipment.

• Pending - The booking has been received and our team is working on scheduling.
• Confirmed - The shipment has been contracted and an estimated delivery window is available.
• Collected - For shipments that include local packing, the object(s) have been picked up and are being packaged.
• In Transit - Packages are moving towards the delivery address and the delivery date will update as known.
• Completed - The shipment has been delivered.
