Exceptions
Arta proactively monitors shipments as they progress and will add alerts to your tracking page if anything interrupts the natural flow or timing of a shipment.
There will be a banner across the top of your tracking page with a notice of the exception, such as Payment Required, Address Change, Customs Clearance.
Exceptions do not necessarily mean that something is wrong; for example, Arta may be processing an address change or the package has entered customs.
If any action is required, you will be notified via email with instructions.
