Arta is an industry-leading technology company providing logistics services designed for one-of-a-kind collectibles. Instant quotes, online booking, fast and economical quality shipping, full-risk insurance, and real-time tracking are all standard with Arta. Arta is designed with collectors and their unique and high-value purchases in mind, elevating standard shipping options to meet your needs.
Arta provides a tracking site for every booked shipment that updates automatically as the shipment progresses to delivery. There will be a link in every status update email you receive from Arta to this tracking page. You do not need to be logged in to view tracking information.
Some clients integrate our technology to bring tracking information and updates right into their sites. Contact the seller to be provided with your tracking information.

Contact the seller first to find out the ideal way to book delivery and insurance. There will be one unique checkout per customer, so we want to make sure you get the right link.
If you are booking directly with Arta, we will provide our website’s link. You do not need to log in to book, or track your shipment. Arta requires payment up front. We accept payment via credit card only.
International shipments must be cleared by customs before they can be delivered. The carrier will contact you before or at the time the package(s) arrive in your country to collect any applicable duties and taxes.
- No action is required by the recipient until the packages arrive in the importing country, Arta will provide all the data needed to export the shipment.
- Phone numbers are required to be local to the importing country. If the contact information on your shipment does not meet this requirement, you can reply to any Arta email or contact us to update it.
- When the shipment arrives, you may be contacted by the local customs authority or carrier to provide additional necessary documents. Documents are typically your identification, or proof of payment for the objects.
- Customs will then asses the duties and taxes owed and options for payment. Failure to promptly pay will result in the package being returned and you will be responsible for any related charges to return then reship the package.

Rates include packing, handling and transportation - as well as online tracking and customer support. Insurance is typically included, and will be specified on Arta or the seller’s site at checkout.
Each object is assessed based on size, value, and material to determine affordable and protective packaging and transportation.
Packaging costs include labor and materials. Package sizes account for internal padding and shipments with multiple objects are consolidated if safe to do so.
Transportation options are influenced by the scale of shipment and its handling requirements. Parcel networks require the packaged items are within certain limitations. High value or exceedingly fragile objects require trained technicians and protected vehicles.
Delivery timing depends on the type of transportation you have booked and your seller’s release timeline. Look out for status emails - or check your tracking page - for the most accurate estimated delivery dates. These dates are from the day the shipment is confirmed.

Once payment is processed, you will receive an email receipt to the email provided during checkout. The email will be from Arta noreply@em.arta.io, please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
If you do not receive a receipt, contact us and we will provide one.
In the rare and unfortunate instance that a claim needs to be filed, Arta aims to make the process as easy and efficient as possible.
We have a dedicated Shipping Protection contact, available at claims@arta.io, who will assist you with the entirety of the claim resolution.
Claims should be reported as soon as possible, and in any event, within seven (7) days of delivery. Claims submitted after this time are subject to review.
When submitting a claim, include:
- 3-5 clear in-focus images of the entire object and the condition
- 2-3 images of the packaging (interior and exterior)
- A description of the issue
- Arta shortcode, seller reference or tracking number
Do not discard of the object or packaging until Arta has coordinated repair, appraisal or disposal.
Shipping Protection can also cover total loss in the cases of non-delivery. Lost shipment investigations can take 30 days. After the completion of the investigation the shipment will be deemed lost or, if found, delivery will be completed.
Claims can take 4 to 8 weeks to resolve. During this time there will be investigation, documentation, possibly restoration or disposal, and payout processing.

An Arta account is not required to book or track a shipment, including access to Arta’s transit insurance.
Creating an account with Arta gives you access to manage a valuables insurance policy to ensure your collection is protected after delivery.
You are unable to directly unsubscribe from our transactional emails, which contain important updates and information about your shipments. If you do not wish to receive this important information, please contact us.
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you can simply click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any of email. Please note that it might take a few days for your unsubscribe to take into effect.
If you’d like to delete your account, please email hello@arta.io.
Upon receiving your email request, Arta has 30 days to comply. We will notify you via email once all data has been deleted.
